"Hello, this is ____ with ____. How are you?"
"I'm well, how are how?"
"Good, thanks for asking. Maybe not now, but in the future, what would you replace first in your house: a couple windows, or your back or front door?"
"Um.... I don't know... I guess it would depend on whether I needed to replace my windows or my back door..."
